This practice grew out of decades of leading people, developing talent, navigating real-world challenges, and seeing firsthand what happens when leadership is done well, and what it costs when it isn’t.
In every environment (military, corporate, sales floor, small business), the same pattern showed up. Capable people were promoted because they were good at the job, and then never fully equipped to lead the people. AllWays Equipped exists to close that gap.
