My experience working with Coach Hazel was incredible. Before our session, I had some understanding of my communication style, leadership tendencies, and behavioral patterns, but I left with greater clarity and confidence in how I show up and communicate. One of my biggest breakthroughs was realizing that the way I was communicating with my son was putting a strain on our relationship. Understanding my DISC style, gaining communication insights, and learning practical strategies gave me a new perspective that I plan to apply immediately in strengthening that relationship.
